Our publishing model

Knowledge made accessible.

Eldran’s publishing model is open access, with transparent charges and author-retained copyright.

Open access and author rights

Authors retain copyright. Articles will be published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) unless a journal clearly states otherwise. Eldran Academic Press receives a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, archive, register identifiers and maintain the scholarly record.

Article processing charges

The standard APC is US$150 per accepted article. There is no submission fee, and payment is requested only after a final acceptance decision. Applicable taxes or additional mandatory charges, if any, will be disclosed before submission.

Waivers and discounts

The policy provides a 100% waiver for demonstrated inability to pay or eligibility under the designated low-income-country programme, partial waivers of up to 50% for demonstrated hardship, and discretionary full waivers for invited articles or exceptional editorial circumstances. Country-based eligibility applies only where a separate programme has published its criteria; hardship requests are assessed individually. Promotional issue waivers require separate authorization and do not change the standard price.

Refunds

Duplicate or erroneous payments receive a full refund, as does publisher cancellation for administrative reasons unrelated to author misconduct. Voluntary withdrawal after production has substantially commenced has no automatic refund. Established misconduct or a serious author-agreement breach may result in no refund, subject to mandatory rights and individual review of exceptional cases.

Editorial independence

Ability to pay and waiver requests must not determine whether a manuscript is accepted. Handling editors must not know whether an author requested or received a waiver while deciding acceptance. Financial administration is separate from scholarly assessment.
