Our purpose
We provide a home for research that advances understanding, tests assumptions and connects evidence with real-world questions. Each journal has a distinct scope and editorial board, supported by a common framework for peer review and research integrity.

Our journals cover intelligent systems and automation; digital society and development; sustainable bioengineering and circular systems; and policy, institutions and public management. Our journals welcome submissions.
Independent editorial judgement
Editors assess scholarly merit, methodological quality and ethical acceptability. Financial administration and waiver decisions remain separate from acceptance decisions.
Access and author rights
Our publishing model is open access. Authors retain copyright under CC BY 4.0. The standard APC is US$150 after final acceptance, with no submission fee and a confidential waiver process.
Editorial accountability
Our published policies explain reviewer responsibilities, conflicts of interest, appeals, corrections and retractions. Every journal provides scope, author instructions and editorial-board information.
